The Edible Schoolyard Project’s Community Garden Party Saturday, April 15, 2023 1:00pm to 4:00pm We are excited to welcome you back to the garden for a fun afternoon celebrating spring and our community! ESY teachers will lead activities throughout the garden for the whole family! The King PTA will be providing food items for everyone to enjoy. There is no cost to attend and all ages are welcome. Join in on the fun:
Make seed packets to take home
Upsize baby plants and sow seeds to take home to grow your own garden
Make fresh lemonade
Learn to make and cook Chapati - Indian flat bread
Make popcorn from our own grown corn
Make spice blend using a Mortar and Pestle This event will replace our Annual Plant Sale, traditionally held in May.
