LEARNS After School & Sports Program
Berkeley LEARNS After School Programs support children in reaching their full potential by providing academic support, recreational activities, and enrichment classes in a safe and structured environment. Located at the school sites, we strengthen the link between the schools and families and strive to provide a seamless day.
King LEARNS is a safe-space, and the same rules apply online as they do on campus. All participants must display their best behavior online.
All students, staff, and volunteers, must show that they are well behaved Digital Citizens.
Each student has the right to learn, each instructor has the right teach, everyone has a voice, and it is our job to listen to one another.
Bridging Berkeley (Math):
Monday-Thursday 3:15-5:30pm / Wednesday 2:20-5:00pm
Bridging Berkeley is a math mentoring program that matches UC Berkeley Work Study students and volunteers with Berkeley middle schoolers. Bridging Berkeley mentors work one-on-one with students to explore math concepts and inspire youth to pursue their college dreams!
