King's Week Ahead - Week of May 18, 2026

Greetings King Families,


This is the last full week of May, with 8th Graders beginning the final phase of state testing with the CAST (Science test).


Here’s what to expect this week:


  • Tuesday night, King Bands will have their Spring concert. Thursday night, the Orchestra group will have their Spring concert.

  • Band and Orchestra students will have their Spring performance field trip to Six Flags on Friday, May 22 from 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM. As a reminder, all attending students need to complete their state testing as a prerequisite for going on this trip.
