King's Week Ahead - Week of May 11, 2026

Greetings King Families,

This week we have a short week, with no school on Friday. Across campus, we will be prioritizing makeup state testing, prior to the 8th Grade Science state test next week.

Here’s what to expect this week:

• On Tuesday, there will be a School Site Council (SSC) meeting from 6:00 - 7:00 PM on Google Meet.

• On Wednesday evening, our Spring Dance Showcase will be held in the Auditorium, beginning at 6:30 PM.

• Friday, there will be no school, as BUSD will be observing Malcolm X’s Birthday Holiday. Classes will resume on Monday, May 18.
