Cross Country


Our MLK Cross Country program is open to boys and girls 6th-8th grade. Members of this team will experience expert running and conditioning workouts, and will also have opportunities to compete in races against other schools in our East Bay Middle School Cross Country League. We ask that members of the Cross Country team commit to a minimum of 2 practice days per week.  This is a great way to get in shape prior to the Track & Field season. We offer XC to all boys and girls (6th – 8th) grade. There are no cuts made for this team, as long as you have a good attitude and are committed.
