Dear Parents/Guardians of King Visionaries ASLP,

We are thrilled to announce that we are beginning enrollment for the 2010-2011 school year. King Visionaries ASLP is an amazing opportunity for not only a great sports program, but for academic support, academic enrichment, arts, and more. This year we are excited to announce some new additions to the program. We now have a new skateboarding class, Martial Arts class, and Chinese class, just to name a few.

In order to become a part of this wonderful program, you must attend the Welcome Fair for new students to King on Monday, August 30th or for returning students on Tuesday, August 31st at the Dining Commons.

Here is how it will work:

• Parents of incoming 6th grade students and new 7th & 8th grade students will attend the Welcome Fair on August 30th at the following times:
• A-C @ 3:30pm
• D-K @ 4:30pm
• L-R @ 5:30pm
• S-Z @ 6:30pm
• Parents of continuing 7th and 8th grade students will attend the Welcome Fair on August 31st at the following times:
• A-C @ 3:30pm
• D-H @ 4:40pm
• I-M @ 5:30pm
• N-S @ 6:30pm
• T-Z @ 7:30pm
• There will be an orientation meeting on both days at 4:30pm and 5:30pm.
• Come prepared to fill out all registration forms as well as make your payment for your first and last month enrollment. Please be sure to bring a form of income verification if you are paying below full cost.
• Those wishing to try out for any sport this year MUST bring a physical form completed by their doctor BEFORE trying out.
• Enrollment in most classes will be based on a first come first served basis.

King Visionaries ASLP begins on the first day of school, Wednesday, September 1st. Enrichment classes will begin Monday, September 13th. Please do not hesitate to become a part of this wonderful program!
